Introduction and Scope

takabet15 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the takabet15 website, mobile application, and all related services.

2.3 Identity Verification

For security purposes, takabet15 may request identity verification from a member at any time. A copy of your national ID card or passport, proof of address, or verification documents for your payment method may be requested. If documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

Age Requirement and Eligibility Criteria

To open an account and use any service on takabet15, a member must be at least 21 years of age. There is no provision for anyone under 21 to register an account.

If the age declared at registration is later found to be false, the account in question will be closed immediately and all transactions made from that account will be subject to review. A government-issued ID may be required for age verification.

Deposits and Withdrawals

takabet15 supports the common mobile banking and bank transfer methods available in Bangladesh for all transactions.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Currently accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka), applicable for all methods.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The same methods are available for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). The standard processing time for withdrawal requests is between 5 and 30 minutes.

4.3 Use of Registered Method

Withdrawals must be made using the same method that was used for the deposit. Withdrawal requests via a different method may require additional verification before processing.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

takabet15 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. These offers are subject to specific conditions and each offer has its own set of rules.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To withdraw this bonus, a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount must be completed.

For example: on a ৳1,000 deposit you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,200. To withdraw the bonus, you must complete ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 in wagering.

5.2 Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games and betting markets.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly before the wagering requirement is met.
• Bonus balances cannot be transferred to another account.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in bonus cancellation.
• takabet15 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.

Betting and Gameplay Rules

Certain specific rules must be followed when engaging in betting and gaming activities on takabet15, and these apply equally to all members.

6.1 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the platform determines that a correction is necessary for a specific reason. Bets placed due to technical errors or incorrect odds may be subject to review.

6.2 Odds and Results

Odds may change at any time. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are considered final. If a match is abandoned or a result cannot be determined for any other reason, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.

6.3 Prohibited Conduct

Attempting to manipulate the betting system, using another person's account, exploiting technical errors, or engaging in any form of fraud is strictly prohibited. If such conduct is detected, the account may be closed and all winnings forfeited.

Account Suspension and Closure

takabet15 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is breached.
• If false identity or documents are provided.
• If evidence of fraud, manipulation, or use of another person's account is found.
• If money laundering or illegal activity is suspected.
• If required to protect security or system integrity.

A member may also request account closure at any time. Before closure, the member will have the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance; however, bonus balances will be removed if the wagering requirement has not been met.

Responsible Gaming Policy

takabet15 believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and should be enjoyed in a controlled manner. It is each member's responsibility to play within their own means and limits.

In accordance with our Responsible Gaming Guidelines, each member can set their own deposit limit, loss limit, and session limit. These options can be activated at any time from account settings.

8.1 Self-Exclusion

If a member feels that gaming is having a negative impact on their daily life, they can request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through the support team. During self-exclusion, accessing the account or placing new bets will not be possible.

Privacy and Data Protection
